The SS Onyx is a ship from the True winds that features in seasons 1-4 the SOTNF TV show as well as the second Novel in the series, The Feted Heart. In the Novel it serves as the research vessel that Madam Sera and Admiral Hagen Hellman used to survey the surface waters for the wreckage of Hope's End. In the TV Series, it was one of the vessels focused on during episodes revolving around the True Winds.
