Miss Susane Helm-Charm was first introduced in the background of the twelfth episode of Season 2, And Everyone You Fight. Initially a nameless recurring background character seen mostly in the inns, pubs and taverns appearing on the show, she was finally given a name and lines in Season 3’s The Dagger’s Edge.
During that episode Miss Helm-Charm saves Annie’s life with an improvised bit of fighting which employed a stein and a snooker cue.
There after Susane appeared in every twelfth episode of a Season as well as a few others. Whenever a fight envelops her, she resorts to the stein and cue combo.
